Geometrix

Being all of 5’4 and a bit petite, I usually write-off jumpsuits and maxi dresses completely for fear of swimming in layers of fabric. But, as with anything, finding the right fit for your body type is key.

I found this incredible jumpsuit on a day shopping around San Francisco with my mom while she was in town visiting. We had been popping in and out of some of my favorite boutiques in the city (will do a post on these soon!), and I was striking out while she was hitting it out of the park finding some stunning pieces (think white summer silk capelets!). I had all but given up when I stumbled upon this jumpsuit and the fit was nearly perfect. With the addition of a structured belt to give some shape, and a tapered heel (my trick to not tripping over the wide legs), the jumpsuit has now become a staple.

While this is an ideal outfit for a big event or a night out, sometimes a fresh haircut is all the inspiration you need to get a little bit more dressed up for a beautiful day exploring around San Francisco!
